Grandview Commerce Center
Located at 1036 Ridge Street near the intersection of Dublin Road and Grandview Avenue, this 16,000 square foot flex building has become home to a wide mix of businesses including a bakery, a business consulting firm, and a medical equipment supplier. Built on a former construction yard, this project utilized an ingenious system of staggered, modular pre-engineered building components to provide an appropriate landscaped façade along Ridge Street and functional mixed-use space.

2029 Riverside Drive
Newly renovated 8,000 square foot Office Building in Upper Arlington. Located on the Rt. 33/ Riverside Drive corridor this building boasts excellent visibility and access. The building has been finished with 10-12 foot ceilings, exposed ductwork, modern space design and materials and mechanical systems sensitive to today's work environment. 232 North Third Street
Completed in 2009, this 30,000 square foot Office Building has become home to Meyers and Associates Architecture and Design, Mosaic, and Spacejunk Media among other office users. Formerly a nightclub, the turn-of-the century heavy timber warehouse was carefully renovated maintaining many attractive features including generous ceiling heights, heavy timber framing, brick walls and wood floors. A roof terrace was added for tenant use.

225 North Fourth Street
This project was completed in 2008 and consists of 11 residential and 1 commercial condominiums together with a parking garage all in 2 connected buildings. The original structure features high ceilings, brick walls, hardwood floors and heavy timber beams while the new structure is complementary but modern steel and glass. Most units have an exterior terrace. Designed by Jonathan Barns, this project was awarded two design awards from the American Institute of Architects.
